Patient had 8 porcelain restorations on top and 10 on bottom. Patient felt they were too opaque, blocky and dull. Goal here was vibrant, fresh & youthful, like her. We wanted to create a brighter but natural smile with more feminine tooth shapes and broaden her smile as well. We started with replacing the upper 8 veneers with 12 new veneers that transmit light a bit better and aren’t as opaque and bulky as the previous ones. We also worked on the gingival architecture with laser for better symmetry and tooth shape. We usually do upper and lower teeth together but in this case are phasing it out. *Lowers to be replaced next to complete the case—this will also help with gum tissue health* The uppers alone made a dramatic difference to this already stunning beautys face.
